Hi, I’m Pippa. After spending over 20 years working in accounts and bookkeeping, I wanted to take on a more people-focused role where I could make a positive difference. This led me to join YMM as a mentor.
As a mum, I appreciate how important it is for young people to feel listened to, understood and supported. My aim is to offer a friendly, reassuring space where they can be themselves, talk openly and build confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing netball, keeping active and spending time with my family.
