I joined the YMM family in March 2026, bringing a career’s worth of experience in making big, complex things work better. While my professional life has been spent leading major change programs for large organisations, my real motivation for joining YMM as a trustee is my deep-rooted commitment to community and service.
With over twenty-seven years spent ensuring quality and safety in high-stakes environments, I am keen to make sure YMM remains a safe, secure, and thriving space for all young people. I spent a decade as a Special Constable in the Police, so know a thing or two about looking out for others and giving back.
When I am not helping YMM I am likely found outdoors and on the move. I am an avid runner and mountain biker, and have a good eye for digital drone photography. Whether navigating a trail or a strategic plan, I am thrilled to help steer YMM towards many more years of amplifying young people’s voices and helping them realise their unique potential.- Jeremy
