I’m a mum to two teenagers, and I’ve lived through times when life has felt truly challenging. One of my children faced serious health issues, and trying to access timely support through long waiting lists opened my eyes to how much early intervention and guidance can change a child’s experience. It’s this that drives my passion for supporting young people – helping them feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgement.
I believe today’s world can feel extremely stressful, and that earlier help could have made a real difference for many adults, too. I’m passionate about normalising struggle, exploring coping strategies, and helping each young person discover what works for them. I’m also trained in alternative approaches, such as Reiki and sound healing, which have helped me understand ways to reduce stress and calm the mind and body naturally. I bring these insights gently into mentoring, meeting each individual with an open heart and holding space for them to feel safe and nurtured.
I believe that facing challenges and working through them builds resilience, strength, and confidence. My goal is to help each young person feel able to share, supported to explore, and empowered to navigate life’s ups and downs in a way that feels authentic to them.
